Please note that after an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you would still like to return the item, please kindly accept the delivery and return the jewelry.

If you’d like to change your address after you’ve placed an order, you may do so by emailing us at cs@morganandpaige.com within an hour of placing your order. While we aren’t able to guarantee the change, our team will try our best to correct the order. However once the order is shipped, we will be unable to change the address. We offer FREE USPS shipping within the U.S. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to fulfill your order and an additional 3-5 business days for ground shipping depending on your delivery address. Expedited shipping are is available with an additional cost of $9.95.

Yes! If you ordered the wrong size for your item, you can exchange it for free (Please note that return shipping is at customer's expense).

With proper love and care, your high-quality jewelry will last you a lifetime! We recommend you to store your items in the Morgan & Paige jewelry pouch or a dry jewelry box. It is highly recommended for jewelry items be kept dry and away from humidity. If you live in a humid climate, place a small packet of desiccant crystals or silica packets inside the storage area. Avoid applying lotions, fragrances, sprays or any chemicals that may damage your precious silver jewelry. Ideally, store your pieces of jewelry separately so they don’t rub together or become tangled.
